Charlton Marketing & Development Ltd was formed in 2005 to primarily develop the provision of Mortgages to clients located throughout the UK, through the use of the Internet backed by conventional telephone and postal systems. The company was regulated through the FSA, to carry out mortgages and associated insurance policies until these services were taken over by its sister company, Charlton Financial services Ltd.
This allows the original company now to pursue its originally intended function which was to market and develop a whole range of products and services, mainly associated with the housing market but not limited to it, and to take the services we provide to the International market.
We have developed strong relationships with a number of key partner companies in order to bring to our clients, the neccessary specialist expertise in those areas we wish to develop. Where regulated products are involved or where the particular skills required to provide a service are outwith Charlton's expertise, clients will be referred to our appropriate associate for assistance. In all cases, Charlton will monitor progress and remain the key point of contact.
This Website represents our first stage in bringing all of our clients and contacts into focus with the range of services we can provide and many of our original clients will be surprised by the scope these services cover. This Website should, for the time being, be considered as our basic introduction but over time, we intend to develop it greatly to provide considerable levels of information on the products on offer, how they are applied and accessed and how they should be used. We will incorporate case studies to show their effects and use, for different groups of people at different life stages and this will be part of our educational approach to inform our clients, as fully as we can, on the things that interest or worry them, prior to discussing these products with them.
Finally, through this site we are effectively making ourselves available to our clients 7 days per week, 365 days per year, through our electronic communication systems, giving access to us from anywhere in the world.
