With the current difficulties in obtaining mortgages to buy property, most people are finding it very difficult to sell their properties and many, for personal reasons, need to obtain a quick sale and are therefor prepared to sell at a discount to the realvalue.

There are many reasons for this such as moving job, emigrating, someone dying and leaving an Estate to be wound up and people with large portfolios of properties where recent property purchases may not be giving them a sufficient return on their investment.

Although there will be property to suit everyone, we are going to initially concentrate on helping first time buyers enter the property ladder. This will be done by utilising property discounts to provide the buyer with the necessary deposit capital to satisfy lender requirements, as most first time buyers have difficulty raising sufficient capital to place a deposit on a property even though their income would be sufficient to service the loan.
If we can achieve our goal, we should be able to arrange for a first time buyer to purchase a property at a real discount to its market value and then be able to obtain a full 100% mortgage for the actual price paid. We will also aim to incorporate free legals and surveys into any deal, allowing a first time buyer to effectively walk into an affordable home with only the mortgage repayments, insurances and decoration costs to consider.
Eventually, we intend turning this function into a full blown, on line Estate Agency Service that can be used by anyone, whether they are buying property or selling property.
