Complete the form and return it to Charlton with your reservation fee.
Charlton will check your form and if in order, will forward this and your Reservation fee to The Resort Group PLC.
You will then receive a welcome call from your dedicated account manager who will fully explain the process, answer your questions, confirm your personal details, introduce HIFX and go through the payment schedule.
If you wish, an inspection visit can be arranged at this point.
Within 14 Days of your reservation fee being received by TRG, your contract will be posted to you.
Within 15 days of receipt, sign and return the contract with your deposit to TRG.
Make any subsequent payments on the due dates.
