HomeBuy Service Fees

As part of the educational process that we want to create, we have prepared a special guide devoted to First Time Buyers. This covers topics from where to buy, how to check your borrowing capacity, how to check your affordability, the fees involved and many other important matters. It is recomended that you read this guide which can be accessed by clicking on the button on the left.
Charlton Financial Services Ltd., will charge a one off fee of £99, to cover its administration costs in making the initial application and thereafter for following through with your mortgage arrangements in the event your HomeBuy application is successful. Charlton will not charge any further fees for its services in assisting you to arrange your finance.
Other Fees and Charges
These will be the normal fees and charges, charged by the lender and other professional bodies that are required to complete your purchase. Note that there are no fees to pay to the government associated with making your HomeBuy application.
